Klein ISD Principals serve as key leaders in our organization. Internal and external candidates ready to take on leadership as a Klein ISD principal should internalize and demonstrate the characteristics outlined in the Klein ISD Guiding Documents.

The Principal Selection Process was designed to facilitate a cross-collaborative review of all potential candidates from leaders that serve in central office and on school campuses. Committees of leaders from Teaching & Learning, Human Resources, Campus Safety & Support join a team of instructional, campus and teacher leaders to select new principals for each vacancy. The process also serves as a growth and development opportunity for all interested candidates.

Opportunities for leadership include all school levels - elementary, middle, and high school.
